To me it sounds like a bass or kick sweep but maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
I've heard it in some songs and I really want to find out how do it or where I can find a sample to use for my own songs.

sounds like the "boom" sample from the impact sample pack you can buy on dancemidisamples - but reversed...

It's just a reversed kick.
Very simple to make: Load up your kick sample, reverse it (depending what DAW your using each one has a different way of doing it), re-render it and load the new sample into your track.
