Nice one mate, yea its refreshing writing to something else now and then, you should have a listen to the "Sophie diss" on my youtube channel thats a grime sort of pisstake tune :)
gave it a listen, liked that one too! made me laugh a couple times, but its the flow that seems to come out over that kind of beat that i love most.
i was thinkin as well, i dont know if you've done this, but i sometimes write to different genres like this FOR hardcore. something slower usually too, so i can play with the rhythm of my rhymes easyer. after ive written the lines and i switch back to hardcore i find you can come up with some really cool sounding play off between the beat and the flow of your rhymes.
if ya dont alreey do it give it a go;) and dont worry about sounding like a wanna be player lol ya gotta write what comes to you naturally of it wont be genuine and it will be harder to have passion behind the lyrics when you spit them live.
keep it up, keep postin your stuff, and yes lets hear this one when its done!

Yeahh thats the one, i think ive heard that riff before...
its one of those guilty pleasures isnt it haha

thats really good man, i really enjoyed it cos thats probably my favourite styles of mc'ing fast, it flows, catchy, not out of time :D perfect.

Lol i'm the opposite tbh. I liked it a bit after that Heartbroken tune came out (****in hated that tune though), now it's just the odd tune i like.
