hehe, can tell you arent in england - only just discovered them! :P

they get played on national radio nearly everyday

and yes they are rather good! saw them live at creamfields last year

i prefer this type of DnB to the monotonus/two tone stuff
some people dont like them because they brought DnB into the mainstream

Well if wanted to get technical you could call them "sell outs" but i would not call them that, anybody that breaks into the mainstream, but keeps there way of doing things and creating music is OK in my book. I have seen an few band make it big then there music goes to crap afterward.

I think they're pretty good but don't really own anything they've done.

If I want fast breakbeat musc I tend to listen to Jungle, Liquid DnB or Breakbeat Hardcore. :)

yeah pendulums good, but their older stuff was sososososoooooo much better...

their music portfolio changed in time and I think tracks like 'slam' helped them discover what people really like and they adjusted to suit the peoples want.

Was a bit cringe-worthy last nbight listening to live broadcast from Glasto on Radio1 and hearing a whole tent full of people duh-duh-duhhing the riff of every pendulum song Zane Lowe played. But im over the whole Pendulum ruined D&B mind frame now. Especially as they're apparently to start producing Dubstep :(

aww dubstep fail

i was on the bus this morning after posting in this topic the first time round and as i walked to the end of the bus i passed two girls sharing headphones on their way to school and they were blasting pendulum, sounded like Propane Nightmares, they cant have been older than 13, i got to the back of the bus, and no joke, another two kids were listening to some other drum and bass as well haha

ruined drum and bass in your mind? that (was) a bit over-dramatic (wasnt) it? lol

i would rather the kids going to high school/secondary school over here are jammin out to the drum and bass madness of Pendulum and Subfocus than listening to shitty Scouse House that seems to frequent the north west! :P

**edited now i saw you got over it ;)**
