first of all the structure is great.
the perfect structure fir a trance tune..
but i think the lead melody isnt good enough..
defo **** around with those notes more.
try and make it more musical..
to me the lead is to high in the mix but actual sound is decent.. maybe get on the EQ's and bring the lead melody in and out using the EQ thats a good effect..
not sure if the bass actually fits in with the main melody.
but main bit oif advise - go and fiddle with the notes and the melody and make it more muscial then repost..

yeah tbh man this needs some work.
The kick and bass are quite nice, but that acid sound takes over and doesn't fit into the tune at all well..
In fairness it sounds as if the track has about 6 layers. An issue since it sounds empty and far too simple. In addition, it doesnt really move since the bassline doesn't move out of that same note..
You should really make sure you have some reference before posting up onto hhc.com. Utilise your MSN contacts. I'm sure some are willing to listen. If i'm not busy, I will give it a listen and offer some tips. I have a few contacts who always like to listen to my stuff before its released.
Also, use existing music. Listen to trance. You will notice that allot of trance will follow a bassline like this:
4 bars on C5, 4 bars on A#4, 4 bars on D#5, 4 bars back on C5.
Throw that into your song and see how it sounds.
Then once you think its as good as you can make it, post it on here where you can receive more advice.
