Get ready for another rollercoaster rave ride at the awesome
Lakota in Bristol, as we take our Hardcore bull very much by
its horns (and its bollocks) and deliver on a special promise
we made to you not so long ago. That promise, was that we would
be back on the 18th April with an immense celebration of our
first year partying hard with you nutters and we’re inviting
all of you along for the ride!
Not only that – but we’re teaming up with one of Bournemouth biggest
bad boy brands Experi-mental for a double helping of Hardcore
& Hard Dance mayhem just to make sure this is the best one yet!
Your hosts for the evening will be a carefully thought out
mash-up of our scenes very best deck and microphone technicians
including Hixxy, Scott Brown, Supreme, UFO, Squad-E, Sharkey,
The Chunky Boys, Casper & Knight plus a 100% exclusive appearance
from the Award Winning lyricist and Broken Records pioneer MC Whizzkid!
What better way to expand upon our birthday mayhem than to also proudly announce our new residents too, not just any old ressies either – five hand picked masters of their craft ready to rock the main stage at every Ravers Are: event this year!
Welcome to the headline Joey Riot, Pikey, Bishop, MC Wotsee & MC Obie!
That’s before we even begin to get into the other rooms as the South & West’s finest Hard Dance collectives lock horns for Hardstyle chaos as Resonate and Hindsight do battle with Uberdruck, Cally & Juice, Scorpio, Nick The Kid, Iain Cross, SL-DJ and more keep it dark and dirty with Ribbz, Shocker and co in tow to spit the bars for those underground stars!
For those that fully appreciate their Old Skool roots, then Druid, Miss Special K, Wink, Uplift and a whole host of legends are on the case with some true core classics harking back to the days of some of your favourite raving memories.
If all of that isn’t enough then why not venture into the up and coming room very best in a short listed selection of today’s breakthrough Hardcore talent just to top things off nicely!
Add to that an electric atmosphere so energetic that even the Duracell bunny has a mission to keep up, foundation shaking sound, lights and lasers and the welcome return of Ravers Are: On TV marking another chance for you lot to have your messy say and we’re about ready to celebrate our first year in the game!
