ACER ARENA – WHAT AN AMAZING VENUE.
For the third consecutive year, Acer Arena has made the Top 10 venue lists worldwide for 2008. According to the prestigious Billboard Magazine, Acer Arena came in at number 7 on the Top 10 venues in the
world behind O2 Arena (London), Madison Square Garden (New York), and the Manchester Evening News Arena (UK). In addition, Pollstar Magazine placed Acer at No. 9 on their yearly Top 100 Worldwide Arena
Venues for 2008, again behind the O2 Arena, Madison Square Garden and the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. So to be able to throw a dance party in one of the worlds top venues is amazing.

Just think of it, we Australians have created and built a monstrous entertainment venue, one that stands proudly on the world stage, could this be our biggest event ever? Quite possibly. Could this be the
best venue in Australia? We think so! Prepare for the party of the year in Australia’ most extreme entertainment venue.

PRODUCTION
It could be said that out of all of our events, such as Utopia, Godspeed, Prophecy, Manic etc, that “HOMEGROWN” is our favourite. This event is a vehicle to push strictly Australian talent, our guys, our
girls, the Australian musician, and after all we are Australian. So it goes without saying that for Utopia-Homegrown2 we are going absolutely mental to put on a show that does justice to our Australian
performers. Strong words perhaps, but when you see what we have in store, you will know just how intense our creative dream for this event is.

Take the biggest and boldest party venue in the country, the Acer Arena, spend 6 months working on technical plans and arena layout schematics, and add in the absolute latest, cutting edge party equipment
and you will have some idea of what we have prepared for this event.

What’s behind the curtain you ask? The pinnacle of our many years experience in creating phenomenal events. Semi trailer after semi trailer of road cases, filled with super powerful liquid cooled laser
systems, multi head 360 degree moving lights, This is what we know; this is what we’re good at. Putting together the pieces, the best available pieces to create an arena show you will remember for years to
come.

All of this brought together to show the world, we have one of the best entertainment venues in the world, and we have some of the best dance music talent anywhere on earth. We have the best available
production toys and what we think is the best crowd with the wildest vibe on earth. Are you ready to party Australia?

agree, the could have done much better than fenix. replace him with Orbit1.

Not sure how matrix has become so popular. he still has trouble beatmatching.

Fenix is an aussie as aussie can be, he doesn't produce but he's certainly been around and there wouldn't be a scene like it is today without him to be honest.
