A true veteran of the dance music scene in New England and beyond, Paul Dailey
has been crafting his art and love for techno for more than two decades. Paul
travels extensively, having played some in some of the best venues in the world
and is a resident at Rise in Boston. With an impressive discography of original
releases and a weekly mix show on iTunes called Hardwired. Paul continues to
establish himself as a highly regarded performer, artist and respected industry
leader.

Delta 9 has been producing since 1994, starting with Deep 13 & The Hate Tank on
Drop Bass Network Records. His many releases with Industrial Strength Records
date back to 1995. Delta 9 is also owner of Psychotik Records, and has over 40
solo 12 inch releases (including under his alias The Imposters). Delta 9 has
appeared on over 200 compilations including the Thunderdome series, Hellraiser,
Third Movement's Demolition, the Mysteryland series, the Masters of Hardcore
compilations. He has also done many remixes for bands including Corrosion of
Conformity, Napalm Death, The Berzerker, and Soil. On January 18th, 2008, Delta
9 announced that his new label, "Devil Times Nine" would start distributing his
works through Sound&Base Music, starting with DTN1 in February, 2008.

Things have definitely changed. Raves used to be a place where people could
bond with others and be a part of a community where they weren't judged and
could express themselves freely through dance, speech, and music. And a few bad
apples may have caused things to change, but the true heads know the real
meaning of "rave" and that's what keeps us going back for more.

While we appreciate the patronage, we still want a safe event. R.O.A.R. will be
in full effect. There are to be no drugs, no alcohol, no bad vibes, no stinky
tuna fish sandwiches, no crying because there is no crying in baseball, no
licorice whips to the back of the head, and no anything else you know you
probably shouldn’t be doing. If you are caught by anyone disprecting the space
or stealing property that is not yours, you will be dismissed and BANNED from
any future Uncensored or Nascent Numen Event. As always, we will have a
friendly security staff that will be more than happy to assist you in exiting
the building if you break one of these very simple to follow rules. Dressing up
in a shark costume or monkey suit and humping anything that walks is highly
accepted and mostly encouraged, but don’t blame us if you get your ass whipped
because we plan to sit back and be entertained by the whole situation as it
unfolds. Be safe, watch your stuff, and have the time of your life!
