Our regular customers will know we have had quite a software battle over the last 2 years. In order to streamline things, we are having a complete overhaul and combining our server and software with an already established online store. After the switchover we will still be operating as usual with our trademark customer service and awesome early releases. The software merge will enable us to concentrate on sourcing a much wider range of products and offer them at better prices.

We are hard at work on some very slick new download software. In order to maximise the features of this we need to separate the digital orders from the physical ones. This means you will no longer be able to buy both digital and physical products in the same order. The new software will not launch at the same time as our move so the digital store will initially be running from our existing software. We expect the new digital software to be ready very soon after our move.
In making all these changes we plan to improve your shopping experience by offering many more products and an even better Hardbeatstore customer service into the future.
