Trying to stay away from the obvious classical. Id say....
Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven
Masterpiece!

Money? Stairway to Heaven? These are great songs, but not the best piece of composed music, imo.
I'm a big fan of Moonlight Sonata by Mr. Beethoven. Although, Bach and Mozart never fail to impress.
As for what's totally blowing my mind right now, it's the new Squarepusher album. CRAZY!
Yeh but classical is the obvious choice, think outside the box, man!

Art of Life by X Japan. 34 minutes; 3 guitar solos, a 9 minute piano solo, the best lyrics I've ever heard, powerful story arcs... here's part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUhwNWzdIAc
