Seems to work for me, though it loads a lot longer then usually.
Also moving this to 'site problems'.

Seems to work for me, can you tell me:
1. What browser and OS you're using.
2. What is the URL where you press the smile button.
3. Describe exactly what steps you did to make the error come up.

clicked reply, clicked the smily face in the reply form to bring up the menu and got that error.
Seems ok now tho, might of been a glitch working fine now.
