that's not my local proxy, that's global proxy elsewhere at the way from russia to 208.122.59.30
i've asked for http://208.122.59.30:8074

Reload the PLS file, you need to goto http://www.happyhardcore.com/radio/ and reclick the link after you clear your cache in your browser, we moved some servers around.
