Hi guys, I received a mail from google about this in the week. I've no idea how it has happened however I have re-uploaded the site which seems to have resolved the problem. I've notified google and am waiting for them to review the site so they can remove the warning.
The problem appeared to be with the index page so if you just want to download the music go in via http://www.bdi-underground.com/music.html you should be fine.
Also as I'm a novice at sorting these sorts of things out if anyone knows of any other measures I need to take to prevent this happening again in the future please let me know!

Hi guys, checked my google account today and I haave received the following message:
"Status of the latest badware review for this site: A review for this site has finished. The site was found clean. The badware warnings from web search are being removed. Please note that it can take some time for this change to propagate."
