this is kinda tough to describe, but here goes ...
it's a hoover-driven track, like "drop it" by 3 steps ahead but 'angrier' i guess, kick-drum sounds sort of flat, and ... well, that's all that i'm certain of.
oh, and i don't know if it was a part of the track or whether the dj just put it in but there was a sample at the start of some pommy chick saying something like "you're late as well - that's 3 times on the run, if you're late again ..." i couldn't hear the rest.
