Hmmm...yes. Yes, they are.

I made a Bad Religion video playlist on YouTube with some cool live performances, check it out here:

Enjoy...

No? Why is that?

They were formed in 1978, and are still rocking nearly 30 years after. Just earlier this year, they released their 14th album. Yet you still never hear much of them on the radio, or on MTV. Yet, their album still makes the Top 40, and they got millions of fans around the World.

Yet at the same time, I would argue that most people here have never really heard of Bad Religion or own one of their CDs.

Thus, they are the most under-rated band in the history of Humankind. QED.

if you take that approach, "most people" live in either china, india or africa and so most people probably havnt heard of any band at all.

Therefore every single band is the most underrated band ever. QED

That would be very true if every single band was heard equally, on this side of the globe.

I started listening them when 'The Gray Race' was released (from ~1996), have been listening them since, and have 7 albums from them. But TBH havent bought much of their newer stuff, didnt actually even know they had a new album out. I think 'The New America' was the last "new" album i bought from them. Didnt really impress much, so just continued buying their older albums :P 'Generator' is my favourite album :)

btw, nrXic, still listen 'Our Music' you made any other tunes?

Yeah, right after New America, Brett G. returned to the band and the 3 albums after that were fantastic. I love Generator as well, great album from beginning to end. Check out my little youtube playlist for an awesome live performance of "Generator". Actually you can check out their latest album for free here: http://www.muchmusic.com/music/firstspin/badreligion/ I suggest checking out Heroes and Martyrs, and New Dark Ages...I like them all. :)

I haven't done much production recently, though I did recently release a track called "Fight for Freeform" which you can check out on my MySpace. It's "freeform" but sounds very Japanese/videogamey, as it's based on an older NES chiptune I made. Thanks for asking!

Asian MTV blasts the same crap they do in western countries. But id still expect them to mostly listen music you've never heard of. For you to think that music is some western product is extremely ignorant.

That's hard to argue against, actually. NMA is still rocking along and have been around as long as BR.
