Depends, some of the ultra fast stuff is just stupid and fast for the sake of it but some of it can be good.

I draw the line at splitter. Speedcore and breakcore are really cool, but once it enters the territory of really being just noise, I'm out.

it's interesting and i like it every once in a while, not a fan of splitter, and i generally can't listen to any of it for more than 30mins to an hour or it gets on my nerves

breakcore can be pretty damn cool though

ok what in gods name is splitter ? I cant get my head around breakcore either. All I remember is back in the day we called the faster hard stuff gabba and the slower trancier stuff Trance.

Now there are all these other genres n im lost.

I go by DJ's n what they play, I love Loftgroover and the stuff he plays (Speedcore)

Clarkee and Producer ( Dunno what you'd call that now )

Neophyte (Gabber)

Nah im still lost.

gabber is actually usually slower in bpm than hardcore (uk/freeform/etc).

Well, New Style is. There's 160 bpm Angerfist/Neophyte stuff, but there's still 180-190 stuff being put out there.
