I know that in nearly any Country it's forbbiden to download ®Songs but what you think.
There are many songs I like to hear and that I can't buy legal without spending a lot of money,
because it's hard to buy some song from an american artist in Hamburg, it's even hard to lay your hands on something from Span.
Do you think I'm rigth if I download this songs?

This is a gray area, I mean the same happens with really old software, say you want to play a real old game like King's Quest 1, there is no way you could find it for sale anywhere, you would have to download it... Personally I only download MP3's to try and identify songs for later purchase (I'm a vinyl junkie) ... so it's really upto you, if you can't find the song anywhere for sale then you might just have to download it in order for you to listen too it.
