HappyHardcore.com has passed 30,000 registered members on the main site! Many congratulations to go around to all the members past and present. There are many people working behind the site to keep it running, many things are a regular to the site you never see. Thousands of man hours, lines of HTML and code, bandwidth bills and other costs, but at the end it all it's great to have a site dedicated to the music we love.
A little history on the site if you're not familiar with it: Around 1997 the previous owner of HappyHardcore.com ran the site as a porn site, we had no affiliation to that company obviously and picked up the domain in 1998 when the previous site ceased operations. HappyHardcore.com (as it currently stands) started as a single HTML page with a link to HappyHardcore.com radio and a voting poll around 1998, yes HappyHardcore.com radio existed before the site actually did!
We redesigned in 2000 to the current logo and templates and launched the forums. Around the end of 2000 redesigned the top page into it's current modular form. From here onward we resigned, recoded and rewrote nearly 100% of the site to just keep it running. For the radio, our partnership with Digitally Imported started in 2003, we teamed up and merged HappyHardcore.com radio into their exist radio network to form a new hardcore channel and later a gabber channel. In 2005 and 2006 HappyHardcore.com won best hardcore website / magazine in the yearly hardcore awards, hopefully 2007 as well (fingers crossed!). Obviously we skipped over quite a few things and features as there are too many things to mention.
For the future we are currently working on another major new section on the site that will be amazing we thing, no details just yet.
Running the site I would personally like to thank all the sponsors and donating members, site admins, site moderators, radio admins, forum mods, event mods, chat mods, HappyHardcore.com DJ's + live show DJ's, Shop.HappyHardcore.com customers (thank you!), chat regulars, forum regulars, radio regulars (and lurkers!), event posters and everyone that visits the site to check out the latest in hardcore music news!

I will always remeber wrongly typing in hardcoreheaven.com and finding it was a porn site(oops)
Thankgod i thought to type in after that embarrasing event Happyhardcore.com.

Seriously, If it wasnt for happyhardcore.com, I woudnt know the people who I've met on the website and chatroom.
I've personally met some people too! :D
I hope that continues as well.
Long live happyhardcore.com and I will be here for quite a while still, be that guy lurking that chatroom all the time and chat to the good people I got to know.
I will also keep winning comps all in a row!!! :D hehehe
Ph33r Viper lurks happyhardcore.com all the time so I will continue to do so.
