i agree the vocals are similar is structure
i prefer Stay, wasnt keen on the singing on the flip

In all seriousness though the chords are different. Firstly the second chord is different and then there is a variation every 8 bars :P

theres heaps of tracks that have the same chord structure and even similar melodies with the same chord structure. Doesnt really matter. But yeah sounds similar

i think the overall "feel" is extremely similar, but i'm actually preferring stay atm.
which is probly partially due to save me getting THRASHED for so long :S
