Right I quite like it but here is some pointers.

There is a nasty high frequency on the reverb of something in the percussion.

I think the sound you introduce at 00:29 is a bit dull. Try using a more interesting sound.

Agree with mortis on the piano it's not a great sound.

The bass is either too quiet, not filling out the lower frequencies enough or a bit of both... Fixing this will make it sound allot less empty.

How about some nice rushy pads in there too to fill it out a bit more.

The “take control” sample needs to be EQ’ed higher as it’s really dull and un-clear ATM.

Not too sure the kick really works.

A decent track so far though mate.

… & Please don't speed it up it sounds fine at that speed :) Like you say it's not hardcore.

I liked it, but like everyone else has said, needs some reconstructive work along the bass line and the piano, i dunno, sounds dull, pitch it up or make it stand out some, a piano can carry a tune pretty far. The speed is fine since you're using it for a club/house atmosphere. You got some skills, just need to keep working at it, I make some music too and it is difficult, keep practicing.
