i made a piece of toast the other day that was 28% less crispy than normal, i thought of giving it an alias name like "herbert"

I think we should perhaps give this toast a chance. Let us judge not by what it is, but judge it on it's taste.. if you try it and it's crap, then by all means boycot similar toast in the future :) Just my opinion..
