I've just been having a look at Hardcore albums on Amazon and they say Hardcore Nation Classics will be released on 19th February.

Nice find Uproar.
Don't really think they deserve to have a HN classics out just yet though.

I think they can make a classics album, as long as they put some old skool Dutch/German HHC on there and do a 175 BPM mix (I know, gotta have it fast). I would like to own a cd with the track "Rainbow To The Stars" by Dune on it.

well the first disc is really the only one thats like a Hardcore Nation mash-up
the other two discs arent classic HN tracks..some are just classics in general otherwise, i dont know... if the tracklist is right, looks like just random mixes with some old tunes some new tunes not necessarily just from previous Hardcore Nations

Ahh, the tracklist wasn't up when this was posted lastnight. It looks like a pretty good compilation, some tracks I havn't seen for a few years anyway. I think I'll be making a purchase of this.

I own most of the tracks on there, both old and new stuff so I might have to give this one a miss.

your being kind smoogie! this has got to be the worst release ever! I said on my hardcore nation classics thread that I was hoping for proper old not been done before stuff! but this just takes the p*ss! CD3 has been done a 100 times before! and the other 2 well what can I say! its been there done it tracks aswell! How many times can these tracks get released on an album? is there a compation to see who gets on one the most? Its definately the first "Hardcore album" I won't buy! Stu Allen and Seduction used to be heros to me but this is garbage! the 1000's of tracks they own and they put these on! CD3 is like a Ratpack doing a family wedding mix! I thought Decadance was MOS not Nukleuz! I'll stop now and let someone else carry on!

^^^ I agree...This will be 1 cd I pass on. There has to be hundreds of old skool tracks they could have choosed from, and they pick the same tracks that have been put on cd after cd. I want some Cheesey, bouncey, chipmunky vocal goodness from the 1995/96 era!

Jakazid on CD 1 track 1?
I don't understand why they don't put it last?
Usually you want a really good track or a cool intro to be the first track and any niche-songs last.

Disc 1 No thanks
Disc 2 Hmmm maybe but there looks like no or very little flow to the mix. With lots chopping and changing of styles
Disc 3 Yawn fest

Lookie! Another CD that starts out with a crap track from the very start! Hooray!
I dunno... I suppose you can never really know how a CD will feel until you've listened to the whole thing through a few times...
