I don't think I can trust pre-order as I want to be sure I have my copy in my mitts first thing Monday 30th morning! What are other people's experience of pre-orders?

well i live in aus n i pre-ordered bonkers 16, n it got here nice n promptly :D
but thats a differnt story all together :P

Good and bad.

Generally, you can expect stuff to arrive around the first few days of release - sometimes even earlier!

Other times, they just stick it on back order and wait until they have stock.

If i was you, i'd pre-order anyway - saves you having to go in any other shops when you collect your pension on the Monday

Other people haven't lived to tell the tale....

Back to the question in hand - i'm definitely going to pre-order just so i can guarantee a copy. Shops are often hit and miss for me.

I'd love to claim that it's because we're all very nice people, but that's not the reason. It's true, but not the deciding factor here. ;)

No, in fact, the reason is that the DJ/Production talent on here is nowhere near as established as the guys mixing HE. The scale and advertising budget are like comparing a corner shop to the Wal-mart "empire", and to top it all off "Euphoria" itself is an established brand in the minds of both consumers and retailers.

We can't afford to price our CD at that level. We desperately need to catch the attention of even a few "casual" raver/listeners, this time out, and build from there. The intent is for this to be a platform from which greater summits can be scaled....

We're sincerely hoping that people will be able to formulate no internal dialogue against supporting what is a vital project.

This is a full-price album, with a budget album price-tag. You want to buy it! :D
