Don't you think we should have a Drug Discussion forum with all the info on safety and shit... Because, no matter what, raves are going to have drugs...
Peace.
Matt

Nope.
All we'll get are loads of posts saying 'WOW, I GOT OFF MY FACE LAST NIGHT. AREN'T E'S/WHIZZ/COKE/ETC GREAT!!!!

Drugs and raving don't HAVE to go together.

And there are plenty of websites about drug awareness that aren't too hard to find.

TRUE but some other rave websites support "drug discussion", and as for drugs and raves when have you been to a rave, they do go together, atleast in the US...

We can't obviously promote drug talk, to do so would attract unwanted attention to the site from the wrong type of people for the wrong reasons, we allow discussion of it as it's just that, discussion, but we can't have a forum to promote talk of it.

Just because they do doesn't mean this site has to.

I don't like the idea myself, I'm glad Silvers not going to do it.

I agree, maybe we should have a link to another site which deals with the issue of drug and alchol abuse?

Has helped me an unbelievable amount, have read almost every page on that site and although its not going to save me from a bad batch i must admit i feel a little bit safer now that i am educated

You're welcome to talk about it, just we are not going to create a section to promote talk of it, as long as you don't break the rules 99% of the time we wont lock any topics.

Why the hell do we need a drug section? We all know what drugs do to us, and we all can talk about it in General Discussion, so why do we want a new section for drugs?

I personally don't feel this site should have a drug discussion area on it, but I do feel that the information should be available for those wanting to be educated on drugs. I feel anyone that wants to do drugs should be educated on what to expect and what is considered safe.

try looking at sites like bluelight.nu & hyperreal.org
