will any crossfader fit into any mixer? (assuming they're the same size) or do you have to buy crossfaders from the same company who make the mixers?
this is REALLY IMPORTANT and i need to know asap

Generally no... Within the brand might be okay, but cross brand, I don't think so.

"Some" Mixers You Can Actually Mix And Match The Crossfaders, However I Would Say It IS Better To get A Specific Fader For Your Mixer.. If Your Gonna Fix It, Do It Right !!

I Do Think That The Manufacturers / Distributors take The Piss Slightly With The Prices They Charge.. I Mean, How Can You Justify £25 For Something That Costs About £2 To Manufacture !!

well it's for my mate,his mixer is made by intimidation,which don't exist any more. looks like he won't be getting a new crossfader then
