If you have a bog standard dvd player it's more than likley got red/white audio outputs, you need a cable with a line in jack at the other end of the red/whites and plug it into your pc in the line in socket. Any sound recording program can record from line in. Alot of video recorders have red/white output sockets aswell, if you don't have a dvd player or the movie on dvd.
Also, plenty of websites have audio clips from movie's, just a big of digging to find the right clip really.

I have been wanting to do stuff like this also but I want to record from my CPU's DVD player. Is there a way to internally record my PC's internal sounds.

Yes, in the Sound-settings, go to Recording and select Stereo Mix.
As for the legality of using samples from copyrighted movies: It's illegal, unless you have a permission.

If there is no line outputs, use the headphone socket on the TV (if there is one) :)
