do junos go cheap on ebay cause my friend who is anti ebay wants me to get one off it. he said it wanted the one with the rave sounds so i don't know which one i'm meant to get there's like a 106 and a D and a few others

It's the Alpha Juno 1 or 2 you want :) The Juno D is a recent synth. The Juno 106 is good but it wasn't used for Hardcore like the Alpha Juno was :)

It sounds about right, but it's quite alot for a starting but, though i guess that dosn't make any difference :) They generally sell for around £250-300 :) But the Alpha Juno is much better for the old Hardcore sound, and alot cheaper :)

~$450 is a pretty decent price, assuming everything is working and what not. I paid $400 for mine, came with a carrying bag and the original user manual =P

I just missed out on an Alpha Juno 1 on ebay. I left it till last 30 seconds and when i went to bid, it prompted me for a password lol.
Hey Brian, that Roland SH 201 sure looks fancy n new, I think it might be outter my range lol.
I see a Roland SH 32 though starting at $500aud, you guys know if thats any good?
If i cant find anything for the couple hundred dollar mark, i migth just save my money up for a Powercore MkII dsp card.

junos rule, i'm stuck in the last before my time
with hardcore anyway, just cant beat sound off old hardware is so much warmer and fuller than the modern style of software/pc's
anno we need both, jus too many people dont use good equipment and it shows
