happyhardcore... a sound unto itself... but still with variation.....
what's all your opinion on the cheese!?!? like it or no???? how much?????? :))
personally..... i like my pizza wif extra sauce.... and my happycore wif extra cheese ;)
but i wanna know what other ppl think! :)

In my opinion the vast majority of the tunes ppl refer to as cheesy I think are some of the best tracks.
So put simply CHEESE RULEZ!!!!!!!!!!

I love my cheese! Most of the hardcore stuff i play is all happy cheese :)
If all i listened to / played was cheese id lose my mind though, i also love prog / tribal / funky house as well as techno, breaks, trance & hard house. Yeah just about everything. Nothing like some dark dirty techno to balance the cheese :)

Sappy lovey-duv lyrics are fine by me. It's just that I expect them to at least make sense and/or have a story to tell - I find the lyrics in Bang! songs are generally excellent in that regard.
I don't like poorly written tracks (eg. Heart of Gold, which isn't excessively cheesy, just really bad in terms of poetic structure) or lyrics that can only be appreciated when dosed up with enough drugs to kill a small horse (eg. Eurolove, Toytown, Wonderful World).

Yeah I like the beats too - hell, if it were all about the lyrics then I'd probably just as well listen to the Backstreet Boys, N*SYNC, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson, Westlife, 98*, Blue, Five ... err, umm  ... yeah anyway you get my point ...
