Most of it is basically slow UK Hardcore, very cheesy but some tracks are not too bad.
It sounds like slow UK Hardcore dosn't it! The voice sample in the top link says '24 metres and my hair needs cropping' thats taken from Euro Stomp (an old skool classic) which I happened to me listeing to today!
It's not my thing which is why I rant about 'mainstream' UK Hardcore so much!

that tunes pretty cool, i think a lot of the vocally stuff the scouse dj's play is better than any of the cheesy hardcore coming out now.
The donk and sample stuff's not my thing it always sounds really stupid, love the old italian style that gets played though.
its basically fun music for when you've had a load of stellas not really "rave" music, neithers uk hardcore though and i agree with jamie apart from the speed there basically the same thing.
Sounds as boring as most mainstream Hardcore IMO but the track 3rd down is called Give me more and sounds good. It's a shame there isn't more of it, put a Harder beat by it and speed it up and I would be a good Hardcore track IMO but that 'Hard Trance/House' stuff is good and much harder than most mainstream Hardcore found on Clubland and Raverbaby IMO, just not as fast and lacks hardbeats but then it can get away with it as it isn't Hardcore!
Forget making Hardcore 'Scouse House' when it makes it sound weak. There was little difefrence here than most mainstream Hardcore except speed

was at its golden era around 2001-2002
agreed was bangin eurotrance and scouse about that time, used to go to vickys in glasgow back then was loadsa class tunes getting played.
is good music to listen to, just as i said it doesnt feel like rave music the same way with most the uk hardcore coming out. Just nice and bouncy when havin a few beers or whatever.
I'd defo go to wigan pier though if i lived in the area, looks shit hot atmosphere from all the vids i've seen i could defo get into it if i was there.
I used to sometimes browse the wigan tonight forum, cant remember what club it was but was one that everyone said was rough as f*ck and full of gypsies robbing and battering people. Couldnt be doin with that but the pier looks good i think.
