how rare is Dream Surprise on vinyl, it's one of my favs and i just found a place to buy it but i was just wonderin how rare it actually is? anyone?

Not that rare really, it's out of print yes but so is the vast majority of all hardcore records, and it does seem to pop on people's sell lists quite often as I've seen. And besides that there's an american repress (Highborn 3) that's exactly the same as Maverik 1 so you could always get that for the standard cost of new records. It's a good track so if you can get it for a reasonable price go for it, it's just not gonna be like finding Toytown for five bucks if that's what you were asking.
