hello.

at the moment i own Sennheiser HD485 headphones, and because i use headphones ALOT i was thinking on buying better ones. im very satisfied with Sennheiser, so i was looking at Sennheiser HD595, they're around 2x-3x (i think) more expensive than HD485, so i guess they're better.

would someone be so kind and tell me to find some details on both headphones (statistics/performance..- i cant find any on the net, just selling sites) and tell me if there would be any noticeable difference.

also, if anyone would recommend anything else for the price of 595, please feel free to post.
bare in mind im not looking for high end DJ headphones, or anything like Sony Qualia 010 heh :)

thanks

hey, I was looking at those HD595s a while back but didnt end up getting em, cause i got speakers instead.

i think it depends wat u want the headphones for, i know if your looking to use them for monitoring your productions, you wanna look out for the flatness, the flatter the better.

http://www.headphone.com/products/headphones/all-headphones/sennheiser-hd-595.php

I was also looking at these ones at the time
http://www.headphone.com/products/headphones/all-headphones/beyerdynamic-dt-880.php

this site has charts on how flat the response is
other than that site, dont know much bout headphones, never used one lol.

music. 99% for music. hardcore, freeform..

and yea, im a sucker for nice stuff (if its good in performance and it looks like shit, i wont buy it).

they say 595's are really really good. and probably gonna buy them.

tho i would like to know what kind of performance boost can i expect from them. like more clear sound (at higher levels), etc?
