I'm thinking of putting some squelchy acid into one of my tunes, but the reason preset acid sounds are a bit dull, anyone know how to create some nice acid sounds on reasons subtractor or malstrom, any tips please would be cool
:-)

a sawtooth and a distortion fx? or?
ive never had luck to make anything that decent in reason for acid sounds. anytime i do manage to make something, it sounds really weak. i wouldnt ever use them as a main element in a song, just background acidy sounds.
so if ive ever had to had a predominant acid sound in my song, i just used fruity loops to make one.
i definitely wish i had the right stuff to make some really sick awesome lead acid sounds. its definitely something my songs are lacking in
