Just posted this on the topic "wh's ur fav Dj"
as we all know, there is always topics being repeated and repeated, would be good if there was a way of setting up a glitch on the site for when someone creates a topic that has been done, which then doesn't allow them to create it again???
anyone know of anything like this??
wots ur opinion?
(watch this topic already been started) haha!

Its impossible (or at least highly improbable!!! - and mostly harmless)..... and besides, whenever anyone posts in an old topic it tends to get locked heh......

It's not really technically possible to do that, unless everyone used the exact same subject for the topic or something.

I think it's pretty pointless since most of these topics get locked within a few hours anyway.
Just don't read them if it really bothers you.

I dont see a problem with topics being repeated again and again. Firstly, the newbies don't know they have been asked (even though a forum been running for several years with 20,000 members the question "whos your favorite Dj?" not coming up is a stupid thought) and also, our opinions might have changed.
