there's no chance of downloading it for free,in fact it's impossible
however as you have to pay for napster,i imagine the fee would go towards royalties therefore legal.try that

If you check out DFM records the new hardcore record label they have one of their new releases that you can download and might i say It's well worth it.

Lots of stuff there, and amazing quality for 128k .mp3's too
Despite the fact it's "legally available", if there is a track there you like and play a lot, buy it on release; it's the only fair thing to do, and may encourage them to post more .mp3's.
