its rare to have a good synth u can use an envelope on the pithc but so its usefull.

i am sorry but vanguard is one of the best VST synth there are for dance music lfo is lacking but hey u cant have everything

and Vanguard kicks v station into a corner the vanguard sound is sooooo much better i have an access virus rack b (not Vst)and vangard and all of the above synths
now........
All round Vanguard is the best
However :-Korg Ms20,N.I. Pro 53 & Mini Moog
kick ass and can NOT be over looked
the sound quality is second to none But they munch CPU power NOT good
the ms 20 is hard to get the hang of with all the modular design & patch cables and all
Pro 53 stands out again for its all round performance but lacks sence in layout when pitched against other Vst
and finaly there is the price tag to consider
i think the korg is going to leave the biggest hole in your pocket
however
Superwave performer is free
Vanguards other plus is for paid vst it is cheap as chips performance wise
Now if i were anyone thinking about high end vst with costs over the hundreds i would get ma ass on ebay and get the real thing FOR REAL!

hell look there out there and they are all WAY better than Vst
well i had my rant but i cant be assed to read it so it probably dosent make any sence bue Hey!
