OK, well my `rents say theyll buy me a mixer but i need to no something, this may be a dumb ? but i need the asnwer NOW.dont ask y, but this is probably the only chance ill get for them to buy me one. Right dont laugh but i wat i need to no is can u use a mixer on record players? dont laugh, i no i no i dont mean record player to record plkayer, but recordplayer to cd player. please please help, i am begging u.

as long as your audio source has 2 audio cables coming out if it, you can plug it into a mixer. usually a record player will have a ground wire to connect to the mixer as well...

as long as you've got a LINE for the cd and PHONO for the record player your fine. usally what happens is there will be both on each channel, you can only have one coming over the speakers at once though, like you can't mix record on channel 2 to cd on channel 2, though u can flip back and forth between them, understand what i mean?

Thanx for ur help. I dont think it can but i aint sure.It doesnt have the 2 wires cumin outta it ( :o( ) But i aint that technical so i dont no if it has a ground wire ( which wire is that!!!? ) yeah i under stand what u mean!

ok please help i need to no if i can use one in the next 4 hours, yep i got 4 hours till we go get one and i dont think ill be able to. I havnt got a ground cable (i dont think) but i need a step by step guide can ne1 help now!? please!!?

if you've got decks there then 3 leads will come out of it, 2 phono ones (black/white and red) and a small thin lead. that's your ground cable and you plug that into the mixer, well it's more like you screw it into place, you'll see what i mean when you get the mixer

ok so i didnt get em but my `rents will still get me one, it aint decks but i see 2 speaker wores and a lil white wire but i duno if it is a wire!!!? if this dopnt work then i wont bother til l8r in my life but i cant w8 that long :0(

just remember to plug the mixer to the amp in the auxilliary or cd input,anything apart from phono
then plug the cd players into the line input on the mixer,turntables into phono

i just got a load of wires and poked em in the holes and seen what happened. turned out fine! got my dad to do the earth an that though..

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA thats funny, hey robbie i been to ur site and ur pretty flippymentastic (which is gr8) were abouts from the uk r u!!!? oh yeah and im too scared to buy one cos wat if it goes wrong and it dont work :(?
