Let me just say if it's true he's not the first hardcore artist to do it.
Why has Hixxy been flashing his bellend too or something?

done a bit of searching and found this!!
THE RAZZ: CLUBBING NATION : DJ LOVED TO DO RON,RON Jun 17 2005
Dance king Dougal reveals his passion for all things hardcore
DOUGAL loves his hardcore. No, it's not the Magic Roundabout gone mad, it's the hugely popular DJ and his thirst for the frenetic, machine gun beats of the hardcore sound DJ Dougal is also a massive fan of an altogether different kind of hardcore, and his friendship with adult film legend Ron Jeremy even landed Jeremy a prime role on a reality TV show.
Both veterans of totally different kinds of hardcore met up earlier in the year, when Ron came to the UK to record with Dougal and landed the slot on The Farm.
Dougal said: 'I've been a huge Ron Jeremy fan over the years and I've seen all his films.
'I got in contact and we started working over ideas. One of the ideas we were working on was Bang-along-with-Ron, mixing film and Seventies punky tracks with Ron doing what he does best in between. While he was here, he got a place on The Farm, which was a shock to us both, but it was good for him.
'Ron was up for anything when he was here. As well as the TV stuff, we did some films with him and he even did some stand up comedy. He's a legend.'
As one of the leading stars in the hardcore dance scene, DJ Dougal is one of the top DJs in the country, playing to 10,000 people at massive hardcore gigs.
He is also walking in the footsteps of his hero Ron Jeremy by appearing in Jeremy's UK counterpart, Ben Dover's films. The experience left Dougal wanting more.
He said: 'It was only a cameo part and I kept my clothes on. Ben Dover hired my recording studio and let me appear in the film. I got in touch with the film-makers to offer some locations to shoot in.
'They hired jet skis from me, used my record shop and even used my car for their films.
'God knows what went on in that car. It's probably best not to think about it.
'I'm in the film at the beginning and the end, but I go to make a cup tea while all sorts of stuff goes on in the studio. I'd love a starring role in one of those movies. 'I've always had a big imagination when it comes to that kind of stuff.'
Dougal admits he'd never leave his beloved hardcore for a film career, especially now that the scene has turned itself around and it's no longer the whipping boy in clubland.
Ironically, Dougal has just mixed the latest album for Bonkers, the mix album series with impressive sales figures.
With massive events and healthy sales, hardcore is back as a leading genre and it's all down to losing the silly element and the scene taking itself seriously reveals Dougal.
He said: 'We've had 10 years of learning about music, sussing out what the fans want and what actually ruins the music as well.
'We now have melodies people can enjoy but we still have a tough edge.
'Now people can play hardcore in their cars with the windows down and not feel stupid.
'There's a bit more of a balance. We've taken elements from breakbeat, trance and hard house and mixed it with hardcore and together, we have a sound we are over the moon with.'
With the cheesiness ejected from hardcore, the only problem for Dougal and his DJ mates like Scott Brown, Hixxy and Sharkey, is that dance fans are confusing the latest hardcore sounds with old skool.
Dougal added: 'That happens, but we want people to find out about the new sound. Once they do, they're into it straightaway. It's just educating people that hardcore has moved on. 'Time will sort it out.'
