what you mean tracked? ripped to a computer or converted to a format that takes smaller format?

fir ripping, there's a range of programs, both free and those that cost. ATM I use Soundforge (no comment) for recording.

for converting, I mostly use Easy CD-DA Extractor's inbuilt where you can convert from and to many formats, ie; WAV, MP3, APE, OGG, MP4/M4A, WMA (only to)

----- "<- wth is this, a line?"

I will be back and stumping a site for ya

The program that I use is Cakewalk Pyro 2004. It's very simple to use, and inexspensive as well.
You open a visual timeline of your audio file and put the track markers where you want them. You can also zoom in to get precise marker placement.
