I record to a dual deck console burner, then rip the audio to my hard drive. You can also run your mixer to the audio or mic inputs on your computer. You will just need the software to record with.

get a creative sounblaster sound card with auxillery inputs. it'l come with creative media player which has a recording facility. plug it in through your booth/monitor output or master 2 and your laughing.
you can convert file types so you can go from 128mb mp3 right up to 96khz 24bit wav files!!
cost u bout 100 quid
you can set up a website for bout 20quid then put all ur mixes on there along with a dj profile
just search google to find out how to make a website

It should work with any mixer, if you can plug your mixer into an amp you can plug it into a computer. My mixer has 2 master outputs, so 1 goes to my monitor amp and the other to the computer. Make sure your mixer isn't too loud when playing into the comp, or it will distort. Once you have your levels right just hit record and mix away!!
