well everyone knows about my sound problem, well it turns out myself and some pro sound specialists think its my mixer, as both channels are crappy soudning, they think i may have a bad fader which causes static sound, does anyone know a number i could contact pioneer in order to get information on a repair?

http://www.pioneerprodj.com/ is their website, however the place you purchased it from should be responsible for getting you the repair if it's new or under warranty

If your mixer is old then it's probally the fader as all faders die after a while... Probally that is why it is better to buy high end mixers as parts are easier to come by... Pioneer should have replacement stuff...

no its not the actual crossfader, i cant explain it, but pro sound has a 24 day unhappy return thingy and thats run out and then the year warranty is with pioneer.

you could try spraying a metal contact spray in there to try and clean it out before you spend your money on new faders.

those cans of compressed air can be found in computer stores.. hardware stores... a lot of places
I know you can find em at Fry's if you have one around you..
at least i think thats the spray he's talking about

you can find it at most music stores...I recommend something like progold g5
just spray it into the slits of the faders

If you think it is broken I would not try to fix it yourself I would just return it to get fixed...
