I use Reason2.5 too.
Which sound? There are many. I could help you though.
Take a listen to the middle bit in Haze vs The Acolyte - Executive and tell me if it sounds kinda similar.

in 3000 cycles and crack whore theres a hard ...... we call it the agg noise :-) it's the main noise in 3000 cycles and the build up/ break down noise for crack whore. really dirty hardcore noise that fits other relativly soft leads :-)

if you mean the grainy distorted blip on the 3 beat then id suggest you chesk out logic's bitcrusher. it has a downsampling function, and that sound sounds like a snare downsampled to 4bit (basically a crunch) aldo ni's battery can do this.
hope this helps
p.s. the fast gated stuff is probably done in a sampler also. on reason try using the best resolution on the midi and get small and intricate

well i know for a fact that most production groups/people now use
access-virus powercore
and 99%of them swear by theres but its kind like really pricey
i believe the price was somewhere round the $1500 mark
i think thats what most likely created the sound and i also know that most will either use Cubase SX or PRO TOOLS
hope that helps
