try accapellaheaven.com ( i cant spell it ) there are a lot of accapellas u can buy and some are free. but most free ones suk.
some really good vst's for analog synths ( the sound u are lookimg for)

rgc audio rz3a
juno
white noise - zero vector
rgc audio pentagon
that showed get u started.
also stay away from sampled programs like spectrasonics, absynth and hypersonic, etc stuff like that cause they are not what u are looking for.
