I'm after a tune from 96/97 - Vibes used to cain it. I'm pretty sure its called The Law, it has the vocal "Anyone can dance - thats the law" repeated at the beginning. Anyone know who its by?

let me know if you want some stems - I wrote the tune and have all the DATS and original samples.
