Personally, I don't think I've heard anything more unprofessional than this in my life. Respect to all the MCs who frequent these forums, but they just aren't my cup of tea with HHC. And I don't think they compliment happy hardcore or the dj's who are playing.

I'm glad they don't get a word in in Australia's rave scene.

ps: I'm a big fan of some MCs such as Conrad, and some of the other DnB mc's that appear around Sydney.

Oh my god this is awful. Trust me m8, I am nothing like this on the mic. My style is a mixture of Happy hardcore mcing ie storm/livelee and d&b mcing. This is aload of crap. Could'nt really listern to it that clearly as I'm at work right now but I will hearing it again when I get home.

I've heard of mcs asking for the mic to be turned up but turned down!?
This guys voice was kinda annoying as well, hes one a them mcs who you just want to grab and scream "shut the fcuk up" @.
Other than that he's pretty good.... see i can be positive about things

The sad thing is I've heard MCs do exactly the same (ie. shouting @ the sound dude) in many other mixes. Couldn't they signal @ the dude somehow??? The way this guy has gone about it is just soo wrong. It has really f#$ked up Cloudskipper's set IMHO

I'm sure they could really complement the DJ & the music when they act a lot more professional, and I'm sure there's a few really talented happy hardcore Mcs out there, but in Australia they seem to stick to DnB. And I must say, what I've heard of our DnB MCs absolutely rock.

...I hope this all makes sensse.. I'm a little p.issed at the moment

i just decided to download it ratha than tek ur guys word for it ( silly i know) but yes it is bad, i herd sum mc doin da same ting for teh rig to b turned up n telling da sopund system guy to turn up da rig or fuk off but he was excellent mc n made vibes et sound perfect so i cant 100% judge that guy but yeah he did saound bad

Heh, and that's not even the worst I've heard him do. In one of the mixes on sonicfury, during the breakdown in It's Yours, he blabs some of the most disgusting crap. Something like:
"I want to put my dick between your legs! I wanna make you scream for me!"

I mean, cmon... I dunno if he was trying to be funny or what, but it was just wrong.

hahaha blarg, i've heard this before. it's stuff like that that makes me not want/want to listen to spree's sets when you've got adb talking about god knows what =)

i stress that both mcing and scratching should be used sparingly. it has to sound good w/ the music otherwise what's the point?

That was MC ADB? Damn dude. Maybe he was smashed or pilled out or something. I saw him back in june and he was MUCH better than that, as in he wasn't annoying or getting in the way of the music. Oh well, nobody's perfect.

I cant stand Mc's that can;t shut up or just say irrellivant shit, or repeat themselves. Minimal and at the right time. Nobody wants to hear a nobhead yelling over the top of a bit just after a huge breakdown like ADB tends to do. Never follow a breakdown with mcing! awful

I saw ADB to the same shit at another party while Brisk was spinning. He said something about getting another CD player for brisk (i dont know why he would need a cd player unless he was faking but i dont think that happened) either way, people just got tired of his shit and walked off. It completely ruined Brisk's set. Isn't he Spree's MC?

god i dunno who ur on about mc acb or whoeva but if he is liek taht thru an entire set i too would walk off, there is adefiente line u shudnt cross wiv mcing eiva, sumtimes mcs can mek a poor set ok, n ova times make a good set amazing but with crap mcs it is da opposite affect im surprised if mc acb or whoeva is dat bad he was recalled up n i dnt tink if he was shit hed be spree's mc
