I was watching the hardcore heaven DVDs (the ones that came with the CDs) last night and was wondering what dougal was talkin about wen he kept going on about 'mixdowns'. Once explained i'll probably kick myself for posting this and sounding quite ignorant!

well, when you "mixdown" a track, it basically means doing a final version, making it good, and ready to play out, including all eqing and compression and that. basically he means finished track ;)
