when i get them i might take them down to a local vinyl shop and borrow 2 of the same record like you said... and test them, then give them back.

heh technology on the 12's has come a LONG way since the first ones in the 70s. I opened my case to put some reverse switches on my m5g's and the board on them is so small...i stood there for like 5 minutes just staring at it =P

Nice! where you'd pick up the reverse switches and how hard was it to put them in? Are they the type you tap stop twice? I've been thinking about doing some mods... like blue lights and stuff and reverse would def be on that list. :)
