Wired isnt actually that great.
The free schallkraft refills are much better.
The best way to get phat sounds out of reason is to....... I'm not giving away my secret

If your planning on buying one, don't get the Trance Construction Kit Refill from Zero-G, cost me £40 and the only good sounds are the Hi-Hats and some percussion.
You can make some great trance style synths in reason, but it just takes some time to learn how.
Use 2 malstrom synths and layer them together, then route them through a merger so you can process them as one sound, and do some serious detuning.

I would agree, but the malstrom just doesn't have that edge.
So I'd add a subtractor to the soup.

When I use the Subtractor my sounds crackle when I use an LFO on the phase of a sawtooth, so I can't use it on a lead. Do you know why or is it just an analog quirk they have built in.
