On Friday 7/9/04, Hardcore returns to the Triangle as Kinetic Funk brings you: "Holy Hardcore!" Your DJ's for the evening:
Oli G - - (Camel Records, UK - - www.camelrecords.co.uk) - - From the deserts of great britain, comes a man whos only friend is a camel called Bert. Using his infamous studios consisting of a kettle, a toilet, a microwave, a toastie machine and a can of baked beans, (oh and some speakery things), he produces some thing you may have heard of called music? Using the power of this music, of which he specifies as freeform, he has invented an incredible method to make an people do this new thing called dancing! The method of 'Playing' the music, of which he claims to hold international patents too, enables him to have the abililty to make an entire dance floor move in unison, oh and also he runs this thing called www.camelrecords.co.uk and dj's a few places pffft.
AC Slater - - (Pitched Up Records, Electronic, Destructive Force, Philly, PA Boyyyy! - - www.pitchedup.net) - - Lit only by the hauntingly pale moonlight, Philadelphia's West Side tremors with apprehension as AC SLATER steps out to roam the streets in the midnight hour. Equipped with only a wristband and a moustache, the reigning monarch of hardcore stalks the innocent and guilty alike, wishing harm upon all that eye him askew. Whether by strangulation or aural intimidation, you can rest assured that AC SLATER will not hesitate to shatter your skull and rob your limp corpse before spending your money in a reckless orgy of booze, breasts and bishops seeking sweet, sweet release!

Hysteria - - (Ground Zero Records, Kinetic Funk, Raleigh, NC) - - Mark has been very influential in helping bring hardcore to NC and will be closing the party off with a bang. Mark will be moving on to bigger and better things in Philly a few days after this party so be sure to come out and give him a goodbye hug. We wish Mark the best of luck and hope to see him back visiting in NC soon!

Hope some of you guys can make down/up/over etc... to the event.
We are trying really hard to get a hardcore scene going here in the
Carolinas. We've got some great venues and a good pool of local and
regional hardcore dj's.....we just some people to support the events. Over
the past year we've had Luna C, Cloudskipper, and Dru Le Cue. AC Slater
and Oli G will be at this event. We've got some more stuff already in the works!!
