Man you know whats really funny? I was just at the IMO site and it says Toytown is getting re-released... man thats funny..
you know whats even funnier.. is I just paid $80 CDN for the old toytown record on Ebay...
can someone please tell me that toytown is NOT getting re-released, and will cost only 4 pounds.. please!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure that toytown is the unrealesed vocal version of toytown. It would be nice if they re-released the original with a good press of the flipside that doesn't sound like crap....

yea i dont think the original mixes are on the new release
and *this* is why i hate represses!
and not all the copys of toytown were messed up.. my copy is pressed directly in the centre..

Alright here's the scoop... the record I bought on Ebay has 2 mixes on it:
A1: NODDY & BIGEARS MIX
B1: IN YA FACE MIX
are either of these vocal mixes? Whats the one on the Bonkers 1 cd called? just the 'original'?
is the re-press here the version from bonkers 1? I want the bonkers 1 remix!!!!!!! damn it!!

niether of those mixes have any vocals in them..
and the mix on the bonkers cd, nobody would know the name of it, other then hixxy, as it hasnt been released.

Its not raverbaby 3. Thats gonna be the castles in the sky choon. Toytown 2001 mix will be, I think, a trancey version, which is kinda hard to imagine.
Cant belive you paid $80 for Toytown the original, when in England you can get it for about a £10.

Just spoke to Hixxy... told him about the IMO thing. And he's really shitted.
He decided several years ago that he'd never released the vocal version of toytown. The thing about it coming out on raverbaby was just a rumour.
He says he has no idea what IMO is doing.
Translation: The IMO one is a bootleg. ANd its not like IMO hasn't been bootlegging other tunes i.e. HTSE #1, kniteforce stuff...
Hixxy says he's gonna phone them up and tell them to stop or serious shit happens.
