I am a beginner really in producing. I have used Reason as a production tool but found it difficult to use. I now have Fruity Loops but i need a guide right from the start on how happy hardcore is produced.
If anyone has anything I would be very grateful

IMO You should just learn how to use Reason.

I tried using Reason, but I found that quite hard to use, so I went for using FL because I here from many people that it is a good program to use for a beginner.
Though like I said I just need some guide to help me produce hardcore.

If you've used reason then 'advancing' to fruity loops is like going from university to a spastic school.
Ditch Floops and learn reason, its quite basic but some good sounds.
Try getting cuebase for the sequencing side though, use the re-wire stuff n link em together.
Hardcore is the passion of the chosen....

Personally I love Cubase, I've used computers for many years so learning the program itself was easy for me, I just suck at producing (Don't know how to get the right sound I want out of vsts, etc) :(

Im using Fruity for some stuff now, if I can quote dj comet "It all depends on the user"
So if you like FL, get some good VST'S and get going!
I agree tho, Reason is the way to go right now, im about to learn.

not nessacerily, personally i found reason too technical to express myself fully, fruityloops is a very good program to learn on. Nice and simple. I'd recommend it, you should produce for fun, not to get signed (at least at first)

I think Weaver put it perfectly:
Fruityloops is good for writting.
Reason is good for producing.
