This thread has absolutely nothing to the music genre: Hardcore, but I'm just curious.
This question is more directed to the people from the U.K.
-Does anyone know of the band, "The Yeah Yeah Yeahs"?
In the past I checked out BBC.co.uk and noticed this picture of a girl that looked way too familiar, but I wasn't sure.
So just now I visited BBC.co.uk again and hovered over the picture, going down on the right...and it said "Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Maida Vale"
The only reason why I'm making such a big deal about this is because they WERE my sister's favorite band, but once their video was aired on MTV...she hated them. My sister is more into underground, undiscovered "rock" bands and that's what they were. What was really cool was that they're from this cool "upcoming neighborhood" near where we live and go to all the time to hangout.
Anyways, just inase you forgot, my question was: Does anyone know who The Yeah Yeah Yeahs are and are they a now famous band in the Europe?

they're pretty big here in the UK. they've got three of four albums out and i've seen a good few video's on the music channels, cant say im into them that much but some of it's ok  dont know bout the rest of europe thjough........

They've got one album and an EP out and they're pretty well known. karen o is sexy!
